Are there any commission splits or hidden fees?

No. There are no commission splits and no hidden fees. All costs are clearly explained upfront, with no surprises later.

Is there a cap on fees?

Yes—on Commission Plan A. You pay a flat $495 per closed transaction, and after 19 transactions, your per-transaction cost drops to $100 for the rest of the year. The goal is to keep costs predictable and reward production, not punish it.

How do rental commissions work?

Rental transactions are handled separately from purchase and sale commissions. For rentals, Luna Realty Group charges a flat $100 per rental, regardless of the rental amount.

What support is included?

You have direct access to broker support, real guidance, consistent check-ins, and help when you need it. We’re responsive, involved, and available—without micromanaging how you run your business.

Do you require production minimums or quotas?

No. There are no production requirements or quotas. You’re free to grow at your own pace and build your business in a way that works for you.

Do you offer training or resources for agents?

Yes. Agents have access to on-demand training, resources, and a video library you can use as much—or as little—as you want.

Can I switch commission plans later?

Yes. As your business grows or changes, you can switch plans to choose the option that makes the most sense for you.

Yes. Team structures are supported. There is a $25 per agent, per month team fee added to the base monthly plan. For example, if the base monthly fee is $45, a team with one additional agent would be $70/month, and a team with two additional agents would be $95/month. Simple and predictable.

Luna Realty Group is designed to support both. You can run your business independently without being tied to a physical office, while still having real broker access and support.
